Ronald and Damien work in the Service Department. Noel is Service Manager who arranges the booking-in of machines for servicing.  

All new John Deere machines have a 12 month warranty. Each customer is notified approximately one month before the warranty expires to ensure any relevant servicing is completed before the expiry date.
Each service technician regularly attends factory training to provide an efficient service.
All types of servicing and repairs carried out on John Deere equipment.
